1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FastFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the app.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

FastFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app utilizes artificial intelligence to estimate calories, macros, and nutritional values based on photos and text inputs. These are automated approximations and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

The personalized plans, BMR calculations, and target dates are estimations based on standard formulas and the data you provide.
The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional, doctor, or registered dietitian before starting any new diet, fitness program, or making changes to your nutritional habits.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases

FastFit operates on a premium subscription model to cover the costs of advanced AI processing.

Subscription Plans: FastFit offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. As of the last update, standard pricing is $6.00 per month or $20.00 per year (prices may vary based on your region and local App Store currency).
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. Fair Usage Policy and Limits

To ensure high-quality service for all users and prevent abuse of our AI infrastructure, FastFit employs a Fair Usage Policy.

Active subscribers are granted a maximum limit of 210 food photo uploads and 210 text-based food entries per week.
This limit is designed to be more than sufficient for tracking all daily meals and snacks. FastFit reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that engage in spamming, automated API abuse, or consistently attempt to bypass these limits.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the images and text you upload to the app. You agree not to upload inappropriate, violent, explicit, or unlawful content. You acknowledge that AI technology is probabilistic, and FastFit makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the food identified or the calories estimated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FastFit be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or personal injury) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, the accuracy of the AI estimates, or reliance on the health metrics provided by the app.
