Terms of Use for Lookfolio

1. The Service

Lookfolio provides a digital wardrobe management tool that allows users to save clothing items, create outfits, and use our AI Virtual Try-On feature to generate images of themselves wearing different apparel combinations.

2. Disclaimer

The materials and services in Lookfolio are provided "as is". Lookfolio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. Furthermore, Lookfolio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the AI-generated images or other materials provided by the app. The quality of the virtual try-on depends heavily on the quality and angle of the user-provided photos.

3. Content and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you upload to the app, including your model photos and garment photos. By using our service, you affirm that you have the right to use these images and that they do not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights. Lookfolio does not store or monitor the images you create but reserves the right to restrict access for users who misuse the service or generate inappropriate content.

4. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

Access to the AI Virtual Try-On feature requires the use of credits. Each AI image generation costs 1 credit.

• One-Time Credit Purchases: Lookfolio offers various credit packages for one-time purchase. The prices for these packages are displayed within the app and are subject to change. As of the last update of this document, example pricing for the US App Store is as follows:
  • 10 Credits – $5.00
  • 20 Credits – $8.00
  • 50 Credits – $15.00
  Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Credit purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.


• Subscriptions: Lookfolio offers weekly and monthly subscription plans. These plans grant a recurring number of credits at the beginning of each billing cycle. As of the last update of this document, example pricing for the US App Store is as follows:
  • Weekly Subscription (10 credits/week) – $5.00
  • Monthly Subscription (50 credits/month) – $15.00
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lookfolio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app or the generated content, even if Lookfolio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
